In contrast, Teaching Copyright is designed to encourage students to make full and fair use of new technology while recognizing their rights and responsibilities. In addition, Teaching Copyright spotlights various stakeholders in the copyright debate, allowing students to better understand the controversies and make informed choices about where they stand. Please spread the word and pass the link to teachers, librarians, media specialists, and technology instructors. They won't get to use it if they don't know about it! And please support EFF in our efforts to present balanced information about rights and responsibilities online. The contribution may be technical, social, economic, or cultural. 4. Nominations may be of individuals, systems, or organizations in the private or public sectors. 5. Nominations are open to all (other than current members of EFF's staff and operating board or this year's award judges), and you may nominate more than one recipient.
